I was in the process of selling my house and had a contract with PODS to move my stuff. PODS would leave a container in front of my house and I needed movers to just move my stuff in to the container. I called the Samson Power Company to get a quote for movers. I talked to the owner, Sagith, as I had many questions. I also had a piano to move. I think I probably called him 6 or 7 times, I changed the scheduled dates, then the contents, and each time, Sagith spent an insane amount of time trying to explain to me the different aspects of my move and issues that I could encounter during the move of my stuff. He offered me his many years of experience, even regarding subjects that were probably not in his benefit to tell me. But he was sincere and most importantly I had the feeling that I am talking to a human being with all the kindness and sense of responsibility that you expect from a professional. When he found that I have money issue he gave me a great discount. I am suggesting his company to my friends who are going to move in 2 months. That type of personality is a rarity in the moving business these days and I think the key to his success is his humane encounters with his clients and his work ethics.
